Where is my vehicle taken after an accident?


Your vehicle is taken to our secure vehicle holding facility at 81 John Street Welshpool WA 6106.




How can I pick up my belongings from my vehicle?


All your belongings and contents in your vehicle are kept intact at our vehicle holding facility as is. You can pickup your belongings from your car in our facility during our office opening hours. However, you will need to contact us and arrange for an appointment prior to visiting our office for safety reasons. Please call us on 08 6373 2400 to arrange for your appointment or use our contact form.




Can you tow my lowered vehicle?


YES we can! We have custom split deck tilt trays for all your lowered, sports and prestige vehicles with a 0 degree angle.




What time does your office and vehicle holding facility open?


Our office and vehicle holding facility at Welshpool are opened from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm. Please note that you have to arrange for an appointment prior to visiting our office and vehicle holding facility for safety reasons. You will also be required to observe all safety and health rules whilst on site.
